Participate. Learn. Make a Difference: UOW Nursing Students Return to Cambodia – November 2025!
We are a group of 10 passionate second-year Nursing students from the University of Wollongong preparing for an exciting clinical placement in Cambodia this November!
In collaboration with Nineteen Degrees—an organisation committed to ethical, inclusive partnerships with communities across marginalised areas of Asia—we will engage in hands-on healthcare experiences. Our placement will be guided and supported by a dedicated academic team from UOW.
This immersive overseas placement is an incredible opportunity to strengthen our clinical skills while developing as global citizens. We will deliver community-led, sustainable nursing care and health education in local clinics, schools, and community organisations in and around Siem Reap.
We’re asking for your support to help us make a real impact!
Our goal is to raise $5,000 to directly support the clinics and communities we’ll be working with. All donations will be used on the ground to purchase medical supplies, medications, and educational materials—supporting local health initiatives and the local economy.
Together, we can contribute to lasting, meaningful change.
Thank you for being part of this journey!
Thank you!
