On Saturday June 7th, Cordon’s last day on his senior trip to California took a terrifying turn. While swimming in the ocean, powerful waves pulled him under and he hit his head, leaving him unable to get out of the water on his own.
Thanks to the quick actions of those nearby and emergency responders, Cordon was airlifted by Life Flight to the nearest trauma hospital. He underwent urgent scans, including a CT, and spent time in the hospital for evaluation, treatment, and monitoring.
This unexpected accident has brought major medical expenses—Life Flight transportation, emergency care, scans, etc. all adding up quickly.
Cordon is strong and staying positive, but he and his family need our help. If you’re able to donate or share this page, every bit of support helps ease the financial burden as Cordon focuses on healing.
Thank you for your kindness and for being part of Cordon’s recovery journey. ❤️ updates more to come.
