Help Elijah Get a Lifesaving Medical Alert Dog

Hi my name is Michelle,I’m Elijah’s mom. We’re fundraising to help her get her lifesaving medical alert dog! She’s had two past service dogs one being from a program that was a scam and her first one saving her life till her life ended.Elijah struggles with so many health issues. At the moment we’re diagnosed with high blood pressure, tachycardia, anxiety, and has allergies to certain things. We’re still getting answers but we know a service dog will help her in the meantime. I’ve seen her get her independence back with Oliver! She was able to be somewhat normal and have her own independence back. She could do marching band and go to high school like a normal teenager. She could go out and have fun and party knowing she had her lifesaver with her. Since Oliver going back to his scamming program she has had to go homeschooled and has little to no independence left. She doesn’t go out by herself anymore, she doesn’t do anything like she would with having her service dog because she’s afraid that something will happen and she’ll get zero help. After Oliver’s issues it’s been hard to trust other programs. We’ve researched and researched and found Cares Inc service dogs. They are an amazing program and is everything we’re wanting in a program and to help her with her medical problems. Elijah’s in the may-June class of 2026. We will know exactly what class by January if we have the funds! The service dog itself cost 7000 and we will have to pay for plane tickets to and from there and also a hotel and rental car for a week! We are super excited to be getting this chance to finally be able to get her a new service dog since Oliver and can’t wait but we need your help!

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
