My name is Erika and I’m kindly asking for help raising money for a medically and emotionally necessary hysterectomy. For years I’ve dealt life interrupting cycles and have sadly suffered through two miscarriages. It’s gotten to a point that it’s impacting my life majorly. After nearly 10 years of trying other methods to improve my health and help my issues and not having success, and countless doctors not willing to do a hysterectomy for me, I finally found a doctor that supports this decision and agrees it’s necessary.
I’m a single woman who supports herself and need help coming up with the funds for the part I’m responsible for ($1718.27) as well a little bit to ensure I can cover rent and basic necessities while I’m out of work recovering. I will be getting short term leave pay, but it will be a small percentage of what I currently make.
