Recently, Rubén was diagnosed with cancer in his neck, which has made it impossible for him to work while undergoing chemotherapy. The visible lump on his neck is a daily reminder of the battle he’s facing. Without the ability to earn an income, Rubén is struggling to cover his rent, buy food, and afford basic household supplies. Despite these challenges, he remains hopeful and strong in his faith, even as he faces this difficult journey mostly on his own.
