My spouse Karisma was in an accident last Saturday that left her needing urgent knee reconstruction surgery. This sudden event has completely changed our daily lives. Karisma is unable to walk without help, and she’s in a lot of pain while waiting for the surgery. Since she doesn’t work, we’re now depending entirely on my income to cover all our expenses, which has made things even more stressful. My rent is late due to me having to pay for prescriptions & the first time visit since I can’t add her to my plan because the slot isn’t available until October rent & surgery are due the same week
The timing has been especially hard because both her surgery and our rent are due in the same week. We don’t have any family nearby to help, so we’re trying to manage everything on our own. The funds raised will go directly toward Karisma’s surgery, giving her the chance to recover and hopefully return to a normal life.
