My name is Samuel.

I have a pinched nerve in my lower back that has been debilitating me since March. It’s limiting my ability to work or live without weakness, pain, pins, and needles in my back and legs.

I have had physically laborious jobs for most of my working background. I recently got my contractor’s license to start operating a construction company but have been stifled by this injury. Without access to insurance, we are looking at financial ruin.

I’m raising funds to start physical therapy and get X-rays done to help find a road to healing.
