I’m starting this fundraiser for someone very close to my heart — Lauren Brunell.
Lauren was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. As she begins the difficult journey through chemotherapy, the treatment has already started to take a serious toll on her body. She’s had to take temporary FMLA from work just to manage the physical side effects, and that’s created a heavy financial burden on top of everything else.
Lauren is one of the most sincere and selfless people I’ve ever known. She’s the kind of person who will go out of her way to help others, no matter what’s going on in her own life. And now, she’s the one who could really use some support.
She’s struggling to make ends meet while focusing on healing. Between medical bills, everyday living expenses, and the added cost of traveling for treatment, it’s been overwhelming. I know she would never ask for help herself, but I believe she deserves some of the good she’s always put into the world to come back around to her.
