Support Leah’s Back Surgery and Family Needs

Hello, my name is Leah. I am a single mother of 4 children, and I am a 6th grade Science MS teacher, and I also bartend on the weekends at Bubbas for my 2nd job.

I recently found out that my back is in pretty bad condition and I need back surgery. I may be out of work for 3 – 6 months. I will not have my full paycheck when I am on FMLA, and I cannot rely on my 2nd job for income. I am asking for help with medical fees and help with living expenses so me and my children still have a place to stay, and utilities are paid. I am looking to be out for a couple of months and that is why I am asking for so much. Anything is helpful and I truly appreciate anyone who gives.
