It’s not everyday that you see someone give one their kidney to save the life of another, even if that person is a family member. And that’s what my brave friend Agnes did.
On June 5th 2025 Agnes who has braced herself in living a healthy lifestyle underwent surgery where she donated one of her kidney to her older sister. She traveled from Charlotte NC to Ohio for this procedure. She is obliged to return to work by the end of this month so that she can continue to afford her bills. Agnes is however wanting to give her body the rest and proper healing time it needs while she adjust to her new found life.
This is where we need your support because Agnes would like to take this month and the month of July to properly recover, but her job unfortunately won’t pay her for the month of July if she takes time off which she wants to do.
Please donate to help Agnes pay for her bills while she concentrates on recovering and taking care of her overall physical and mental health.
