Hello, this is my dad, Shawn, and he is suffering from liver failure. We are currently struggling to afford the medical bills, and my mother has to work two full-time jobs while juggling four kids. He only has a few months until his liver completely shuts down. I hope this can reach the right audience, and I can surprise my mother with this for her birthday.
