Support Emma’s Journey Through Neurological Disorder

Hi, most of you know me. My name is Emma. I hate to be doing this, but I’ve been diagnosed with functional neurological disorder. This is on top of my fibromyalgia. Functional neurological disorder is a disconnect between the brain and the body. I have developed a tremor and a stutter. When it was just fibromyalgia, I did a work-from-home job to overcome my limitations. Now, with the stutter and tremor, I’m unable to even do that. I have a hard time cooking for myself or even doing simple tasks. I’m unable to work. I’m in therapy, and while we’re hopeful I’ll be able to overcome this, there are no guarantees. I have a social security attorney working on getting me disability, but that could take up to a year if it’s approved immediately. So, in the meantime, I have no income to survive and I’m all on my own. I’m lucky enough to have a friend letting me stay with them, but I still have general costs of living, gas to doctor’s appointments, and my phone bill to keep up. Any and all help you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.
