my brother shareef sufferings from kidney disease & he was on dialysis couple of years & after that doctors said he need kidneys replacement surgery because his kidneys are not supporting for dialysis

with all gods grace & family & friends support surgery was done

but after surgery he diagnosis he has infection & clots his lungs again doctors said he needs surgery we spend all our & his savings finish at first surgery

now we are facing very difficult time , please support my brother & we need your support & Save his life
