Support Mike Paxson’s Rehabilitation Journey

Support for Mike Paxson’s Recovery and Liz’s Daily Journey

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

We’re reaching out to ask for your help and prayers for our dear friend, Mike Paxson, and his incredible wife, Liz.

Mike has recently been moved to a rehabilitation facility in Clarksville, Tennessee, as he continues his recovery from serious health complications. While he’s making progress—awake, alert, and showing signs of improvement—he still has a long road ahead. Mike is currently undergoing daily physical therapy and is on dialysis, as we hope and pray for his kidneys to rebound. Though the trach has been removed and his speech is improving, he remains non-mobile for now and is not yet ready for visitors.

His wife Liz has been by his side every step of the way. She makes the 150-mile round-trip from their home in Smyrna to Clarksville every single day to be with Mike—managing his care, coordinating with doctors, and supporting his recovery. Her strength is nothing short of remarkable, but the emotional and financial toll is growing.

We’ve started this fundraiser to help ease the burden on Liz and to support Mike’s ongoing rehabilitation. Funds raised will go toward:

• Transportation costs (daily travel expenses)

• Temporary lodging near the facility, if needed

• Medical and rehabilitation expenses not covered by insurance

• Assistance with relocating Mike to a closer care facility

Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference—and if you’re unable to give, please consider sharing this campaign and keeping Mike and Liz in your thoughts and prayers.

Thank you for your kindness and support during this difficult time.

With gratitude,

Tim and Donna Nolan

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
