Help Me Heal After Surviving a Horrific Attack
Hello, my name is Jesus Manuel, and I’m reaching out for help after surviving something no one should ever have to endure.
On February 22, 2025, my life was changed forever. I was the victim of a violent and unthinkable crime. While driving, my ex-girlfriend intentionally set me on fire. I suffered severe burns and injuries that have affected me physically, emotionally, and financially to this day. I was treated for 2nd and 3rd degree burns on 25% of my body.
Surviving this attack was nothing short of a miracle, but the road to healing has been long and painful. I’ve faced countless surgeries, medical treatments, and emotional trauma that still impacts my daily life. The scars (inside and out) are a constant reminder of what happened, but I’m determined to move forward, rebuild my life, and share my story to raise awareness about domestic violence and survivor resilience.
