Help Support Marilyn Sosa’s Road to Recovery

Hi, we are the aunts of our beautiful 16-year-old niece, Marilyn Sosa. Recently, our family’s world was turned upside down when she was involved in a tragic accident that left her with a traumatic brain injury.

This heartbreaking and unexpected event has completely changed the course of Marilyn’s young life. She is a smart, sweet, and vibrant girl with so much promise—she was just about to walk the stage and graduate from high school.

Since the accident, Marilyn has undergone emergency treatment and is now facing a long and uncertain road to recovery. Her journey will involve extended hospital stays, intensive rehabilitation, ongoing therapies, and continuous medical care.

We are beyond grateful that she is still with us, but the emotional and financial toll is overwhelming. Our youngest sister Carolyn—Marilyn’s mother—has three other children at home who also need her care and attention. As a family, we are doing all we can, but we humbly ask for your help.

Your support will go directly toward Marilyn’s medical expenses, therapy costs, assistive equipment, transportation to appointments, and anything else she may need throughout this process.

Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference. If you’re unable to give at this time, please consider sharing this page and keeping Marilyn in your thoughts and prayers.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with us during this incredibly difficult time.

With gratitude,

Sue Ellen Salazar & Priscilla Serna

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
