Kayla’s Pregnancy Complications Fund

Hello. My name is Kayla. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost two years. After multiple rounds of hormone medication, procedures and shots I finally got pregnant…with TWINS! I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and is currently hospitalized for the second time within two weeks. My husband, Lashaun had brain surgery late April and has been off work due to that.

I am unfortunately having some complications with this pregnancy. I have a shortened cervix which puts me at risk for preterm labor. I have been having contractions for weeks and the drs are doing their best to stop them. With this being said, I am no longer able to work. I will be on bedrest and out of work for six months unpaid. I am self employed and pay to work so this is a very trying and hard time for me and my husband. I want to be able to stay home for a couple months with my babies after they’re home as they will likely be in the nicu for a while after delivering. I also need to be able to afford rent and food and bills during these next six months. Times like this makes you wonder why me? Tried so hard to get pregnant and now I have to deal with this. God has a plan for everything. I’m trying my best to lean on Him and put all my trust and faith in Him. Anything would make a difference. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
