My name is James Smith. I am doing this on behalf of my younger brother, Tim. Tim is a hard-working man who lives paycheck to paycheck. Recently, he was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes. Sadly, the insurance he has will not pay for any of the surgery, and Tim cannot afford to have this done. It’s hard to watch your brother lose his sight because of money.
