Hello Everybody My Name is Michelle and I am 21 years old, I am a college student getting my degree in Education and Nursing. Today i would like to tell you about my story and experience of having a malpractice operation I had mistakenly had. Back in 2022 when I was 18 years old around the end of September I had a very bad stomachache and I went to the emergency room. When I got in the hospital the staff member took forever to help me and I wasn’t feeling any better and I finally they helped me after that they did exams on me to see what was causing me to throw up so much and until I had an ultrasound and they said that my appendix was hurting me so I had to be in the hospital for 5 days and during those 5 days I kept throwing up, they had to put a nasogastric tube and I would eat but still throw up so much . The doctors told me and my mom that I need to have surgery as soon as possible so the doctors said tomorrow night was having surgery so when I went to go get my surgery, the next day my mom said that the surgeon and doctors told her that there was nothing wrong with my appendix and that my appendix was perfectly healthy . That since I was already in the operating table with my stomach open they had to take out my appendix and they didn’t even come out to tell my mom if it was okay to take it out even though my appendix was healthy and still the next day I was feeling way worse and kept continuing to throw up and some of the nurses treated me bad and some didn’t treat me bad . My mom gets a phone call from the financial aid at the hospital and they said that we can sue the hospital for malpractice because what they did to me was wrong and they still made me feel way worse after the surgery. I’ve lost so much weight after I had my appendix surgery and it’s still hard for me to gain my weight back . Me and my mom talked about it and since I don’t live with my mom anymore for personal reasons, I would love your help to help me find a lawyer so I can sue the hospital for Malpractice on me and the hospital still want me to pay my medical bills because of the surgery I had and I make little money and I would truly appreciate it ❤️.
