Hello, I’m making this fundraiser for my daughter because right now their focus is on their precious baby girl.
Elaina Faith was born on 6/12/2025. She was born early at 37 weeks. Due to trouble breathing, she was put on CPAP immediately and taken to the NICU. She is eating well but is battling an infection with a fever that doctors have been unable to determine the cause of so far. We are waiting on spinal tap cultures and results of a CAT scan currently.
**6/19/25 update **CAT scan showed multiple brain bleeds so they did an EEG and MRI with blood flow studies today to find out the cause and if there is permanent damage. She also stopped eating normal so her feeding tube was put back in late last night.
Right now, the parents, Megan and Bobby, are scared and just want their baby girl home. Bobby had to go back to work to support them, and Megan is scared to leave the hospital. They are also worried because once she is sent home, she will need special care, and currently, their home is a construction zone.
I’m asking the community, strangers, and parents to come together and donate if you can. They should be able to be with their little girl to make sure she’s safe and not feel the burden of not knowing if they can pay their bills. Anything helps, and most of all, please send prayers up for Elaina and strength for her parents. No parent should ever have to go through this. If you cannot donate, please share this.
