Our dad has always been the kind of person who tackles life’s challenges head-on, but this time is different.
For months, he has been the sole caregiver for my mom while trying to run his small business. As head of household, he’s carried the weight of providing for his family while watching over the love of his life during her health struggles.
The medical expenses are crushing. With my dad unable to work, our family is drowning in costs that insurance doesn’t cover.
We’re not looking for charity. We’re asking for a little buffer to help Mike get back to working full-time and caring for his family.
