Help Francis Nassiye Walk Again

Help Francis Nassiye Walk Again After a Devastating Stroke

Hi, my name is Epher Wanambisi, and I’m creating this fundraiser for my brother-in-law’s family in Kenya — a family that is holding on by faith, love, and hope.

On May 13th, 2025, our world changed. Francis Nassiye, a loving father, husband, and provider, suffered a severe stroke that nearly took his life.

He spent days in the ICU at Nairobi West Hospital, surrounded by machines, doctors, and prayers. We watched as the man who once stood strong for his family became still, silent, and weak. He pulled through — but not without a cost.

Francis is now home, but he’s far from healed. He’s still unable to walk or speak clearly, and depends on others for daily tasks. He needs constant medication, therapy, and reviews just to keep improving.

A Family Struggling to Keep Up

Total Bill: KES 2,532,996

Paid: KES 776,000

Balance: KES 1,756,996

And every day brings new medication and rehab costs we can’t afford.

Why We’re Reaching Out

We’re a stable family;

But right now, we’re on our knees — not just in prayer, but in need.

If you feel moved, please help us:

Clear the hospital debt

Cover ongoing treatment and therapy

Give Francis a chance to walk again

How Funds Will Be Handled

All donations will go through my U.S. bank account and will be sent directly to the family in Kenya. I’ll share updates and ensure full transparency.

Every Bit Helps

Even $5 can bring us closer. If you can’t donate, please share this with others.

Thank you for standing with Francis. Thank you for your love, hope, and kindness.

With gratitude,

Epher Wanambisi

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
