After 43 years of marriage and building a beautiful family—two daughters, two sons-in-law, and seven amazing grandchildren (five girls and two boys)—our world was shaken by a devastating cancer diagnosis for Pam. Doctors are still uncertain about the exact origin: one believes it began in her ovaries over a decade ago, while another points to the digestive tract. Sadly, the surgeon has confirmed that the cancer is inoperable. We recently received a glimmer of hope when a colonoscopy showed no tumors in the colon, but the road ahead remains uncertain and challenging.
As Pam begins this fight, we are facing mounting medical expenses not fully covered by insurance—specialist visits, ongoing treatments, scans, medications, and potentially travel for clinical trials. We are also preparing for supportive care that will help her maintain comfort and quality of life. We’ve lived in Memphis, Nashville, and now call Montgomery home, and we’re reaching out to our friends, family, and community for help.
Your support—whether through a donation, sharing this page, or keeping Pam in your prayers—means more than we can express. Every act of kindness gives us strength and brings hope to Pam and our entire family as we navigate this difficult journey.
