Aid Needed for Essential Dental Implants

Hello. I’m hoping to get assistance with paying for necessary medical costs of dental implants as I am losing bone and unable to eat properly. Without this surgery, the doctor advised that I will have a fractured, paper-thin jawbone with major complications within a year or two.

My health and dental insurance don’t cover any of this. The doctor says bone loss is a major medical concern, but insurance advised that no one can give an exact rate of how long I have left before total failure. I was quoted $500 a month for 144 months, but was hoping for any possible help.
