It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Leopoldo Macías, affectionately known to everyone as “Pollo.”
Pollo was a man who embraced life. He had a gift for bringing people together with music y su comida deliciosa en buen ambiente. If you ever visited, you knew you would never leave hungry—he always made sure everyone had a plate of food and you felt like family.
Pollo’s greatest pride and joy was his family. He shared a lifetime of love with his wife, Cuca, and together they raised four children: Karina, Paulina, and twins Eric and Saul (Vanessa); and his beautiful granddaughters Chloe and Marina.
As his family navigates this heartbreaking loss, we are asking for the support of friends, family, and our community to help ease the financial burden of funeral and memorial expenses. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help honor Pollo’s life and provide comfort to the family he loved so deeply.
