My name is Michael Kowalski. I have been a garbage man for as long as I can remember. The company I worked for for multiple years was going under. I am now stuck at home collecting Social Security with no health insurance. I struggle to walk because the arteries in both legs are super clogged. I need surgery on both as soon as possible and cannot afford it. I tried to get Medicaid, but I am too young. My doctor said I run the risk of losing both legs. I am at my wit’s end and do not know what to do. This is my last hope. I need help paying for this surgery. Thank you.
