Hello, my name is Diane Chason. I am here to ask for your help. I’m trying to get help to get me a carrier for my electric wheelchair. I need this chair because I can’t walk more than 10 minutes at a time. I have congestive heart failure and COPD. There is more, but you get the idea of what it’s like. When I walk too long, I get really nervous and my anxiety takes over. Sometimes I fall because it’s that bad. I don’t go anywhere except for the 3rd of the month to pay my bills.
