Hello, we are asking for your help. Our 6-month-old grandchild is having to have heart surgery within the next month. We are a good Christian family just trying to deal with everything life throws our way. We need to have this surgery and the means to have it as soon as we can. Not only is this tragic health issue happening to us, but we are also having problems with our car breaking down, and we need our car to get us to work and back so we can get to Fresno and back for all the appointments and doctors we need to see. We have jobs as an RN and work at a convalescence home and are barely making it to take care of our family. Please, we need your help. Anything helps. We appreciate it very, very much. God bless.
