My name is Shane Robinson, and I’m the proud son of Bibby Robinson, an 80-year-old woman who worked nearly 20 years at Walmart in Cambridge, Maryland. She recently had to retire due to congestive heart failure, pneumonia, and spinal issues that made it impossible for her to keep working.
We live together and help care for one another. Three years ago, I woke up paralyzed. Although I can walk again, I still fall often and spend months in rehab and nursing homes recovering.
Despite her own health struggles, my mom has always pushed through to support us. She’s the strongest person I know.
My son—Bibby’s only grandson—is a Sergeant in the U.S. Army who loves his grandma dearly and just wants to see her rest, and for me to find peace too.
We’re asking for help to give Bibby the comfort, care, and dignity she’s earned. Funds will go directly toward daily living expenses, medical needs, and to help me continue recovering.
Thank you for helping us give her the peaceful retirement she truly deserves.
Love you mom
