Like many other parents in our position, Cheyenne and I have felt not only the unimaginable grief that comes with losing a child, we also know the financial burden that such a loss brings. We are so thankful for the support around us so far, but there’s a weight that comes with knowing we have yet to cover the financial cost that comes with losing our daughter. As we continue to heal, and prepare for the future and the possibility of another child joining our lives, any support to help alleviate the strain would mean the world to Salma’s parents.
