Hi everyone,
I want to take a moment to talk about someone who means a lot to me—our family friend, Harley. Harley served in the Navy with dedication and pride, but like so many who’ve worn the uniform, he came home carrying more than just memories. The experiences he faced during his service left deep, lasting impacts, and over time it’s become clear that he’s living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
It’s not always visible, and Harley rarely talks about it, but the effects are real—sleepless nights, anxiety, and a constant sense of being on edge. He’s one of the strongest people I know, but even the strongest need help sometimes. That’s why I’m doing what I can to help him access proper counselling and support.
No one who’s served their country should have to fight their battles alone once they’re home. It’s time we stand by Harley the way he once stood for others.
Thanks for your support.
