As many of you know, my mother, Deborah Beard was a remarkable woman. True to her values, faith, and family. She went to the hospital for slight numbness on her left side in late June. She underwent many tests to determine what could be the cause of that sensation. Through numerous mris and ct scans, they discovered she had an aortic dissection, as well as a few other prognosisβs. Her focus became on recovery and working on physical therapy. We were planning on her being discharged, and again focusing on getting better. Somehow she had developed a bleed in her abdomen that they were unable to stop. They believe it could have been the aortic dissection worsening and causing a tear. She went there to get better, and incredibly tragically she lost her lifeβ¦.This is such an unimaginable loss. We were fully expecting her to recover, and now instead are faced with the insurmountable task of funeral arrangements.
If anyone is able, we would greatly appreciate you donating to this fund so we can honor her with a service. This has always been my biggest fear, not being able to provide for these kinds of things. We are completely devastated by this sudden loss. Itβs an indescribable pain. I know that these times are so taxing on everyone, so I understand that everyone may not be able to contribute. We appreciate you even taking the time to click and read.
She was so incredibly beloved, and this is such a tremendous loss. Thank you for donating and/or offering kind words during this time. We plan to make arrangements soon and will be sure to provide updates as soon as we can.
May she rest in peace. I will do all I can to continue her legacy as she, and my father, will live through me. Iβm completely broken, but know they would want me to continue on. Thank you once again.
