Give Marianella a Chance to Heal

My name is Marianella. I’m divorced with 3 amazing children. I’m 50 years old. I was born with Spina Bifida. My entire life has been difficult, but now that I am older, things are getting way too difficult. I have problems with my kidneys, which means that I have many infections that have sent me to the hospital many times. My feet never developed right; I have claw feet, but now that I’m older, my walk has also gotten very bad. I walk on the side of my feet. It’s very painful, and I develop wounds that I have for years, and they don’t get better because I have to walk. I clean houses to pay my bills and bring food to the table, but sometimes, or most of the time, people don’t want to hire me because of the way I walk. People are scared that I could fall and that I will ask for compensation. I really won’t do that, but it’s hard for them to believe me. I understand that. Also, I have Chronic Migraines because of the pressure that the tumor of the Spina Bifida puts on my brain. I didn’t know what else to do but to apply here to see if anybody can help me to raise money to get a surgery for my feet and anything else I need for my health. If I get that surgery, I’ll be able to walk better with less pain, and people will hire me. Doctors said that my feet need a reconstruction. I also want to be healthier for my young kids. I want to be able to run or at least walk with them without pain. I believe that there are good people out there that can give me a hand. Please help me in the name of God.

Thanks.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
