Grandmother Needs Reliable Transport Help

I have custody of my three grandchildren. My daughter suffers from addiction and alcoholism. My grandchildren are all under the age of 4 years old. My oldest grandson is Autistic and non-verbal. I have just been able to get him connected with community resources. I have him connected with about three community partners. Which require a lot of weekly and monthly appointments. My youngest grandson who is 1 years old. Was born two months early and also born with his intestines on the outside of his body. He has had five surgeries to date. When he was released out of the NICU he came home with a G-tube in his stomach. Although he is 1 years old. According to his development and weight and growth he is about 10 months old. He also is connected with several community partners and help me grow physical therapy. He also has to see two specialists monthly. Having two special need grandchildren. I need reliable transportation. Especially with my youngest being on a feeding tube. Sometimes I am faced with about 4 different appointments in a week. Not to mention I still have a full-time job to attend Monday through Friday. Do daycare and preschool and day program runs. I am in great need of a reliable vehicle.
