Help a Veteran Fight a Rare and Aggressive Cancer

Hi, my name is Brad, I’m a 23 year old veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division. I never imagined I’d be here, but life has thrown more at me than I can carry alone—and I’m reaching out for support.

I’ve been the sole provider for my mother, who lost her job and has been battling an autoimmune disease that’s made it extremely difficult for her to find employment. While caring for her, I’ve also been dealing with my own serious health issues. I’ve been in and out of the hospital since last year for various different problems.

Most recently, I had open heart surgery, the doctors discovered a 12cm tumor that was surgically removed. It was later diagnosed as spindle cell sarcoma—specifically, synovial sarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer.

This diagnosis has changed everything. I’m facing an uphill battle with treatments, follow-ups, and recovery, all while continuing to support my mom. I have been stretched thin emotionally, physically, and financially.

I’ve always done my best to serve my country, my family, and those around me but right now, I need help.

Your donation will go directly toward:

Rent, utilities, transportation to and from cancer treatments, and daily living costs while I’m unable to work

If you can’t give, please consider sharing this with others. Every bit of support—financial or emotional helps more than you know.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. With your help, I believe I can get through this.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
