Our friend Clint Wildenberg is in a battle for his life: diagnosed early last year with not one, but two cancers, he fought for remission and gained it for a short time. His monsters include Harry Cell Leukemia and Blastoid Mantle Cell Lymphoma. To have one cancer is enough: having two presents even more challenges.
Clint is currently hospitalized with uncontrolled pain and awaiting transfer to a larger medical facility. Living in such a beautiful, rural community means access to advanced care becomes a financial burden. There are countless trips on the highway in his immediate future meaning the cost of fuel, meals on the road, hotel stays, out of pocket medications and supplies the insurance won’t cover, and the list goes on.
We are gathering as his friends, family, and community to support Clint in his fight. The funds raised will help his family close the financial gap in traveling to be with him, help with uninsured expenses, and provide some necessary funding while out of work.
