My name is Harold Foltmer, and on 1/29/2024, I was riding my bike. All I remember is waking up in and out of reality. When I was able to find out what happened, I was hit by a stolen car that was also a rental car. They waited to report the car stolen, so all of the lawyers I have had all dropped my case because we would have to sue the person, and there’s no telling if that person has any money. I’m going to be disabled for the rest of my life, and I lost my job and house because of this. I had a halo on my leg from 2/3/2024 to 6/4/2025. I really need a blessing because I have no one to ask for help. So please find it in your hearts to help me. Thank you, and God bless.
