Hello! I am writing on behalf of our friend James, who we have known for 21 years.
James’ wife Francisca was recently diagnosed with colorectal cancer. She needs surgery urgently, as the tumor is complex and on the verge of fully obstructing her intestine. She already can’t eat most food. They are in South America, where surgeries are generally required to be paid for out-of-pocket/ in advance.
If you can help, we would greatly appreciate it! James and Francisca have two little daughters, Sofia (8) and Mia (2). As well as surgery expenses for Francisca, James will likely need time off as he cares for his wife and children.
