Kamilla, a mother of two, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Despite already going through two rounds of treatment, the cancer has sadly spread further and has now reached her neck. Her doctors say she urgently needs to undergo chemotherapy, time is critical.
Kamilla lives in Khachmaz, Azerbaijan. She’s married to my cousin, and they have two young children. One of the children has severe autism and is non-verbal, and the family is also doing everything they can to fund her therapy and support.
The cost of treatment in Azerbaijan is incredibly high. Each chemotherapy session costs around £210 (480 Manat), and she’s been told she will need 12 sessions, totalling around £2,520.
So far, we’ve raised £1,600 just within our family, with no fundraising help. We now need just £500 more to cover the rest of her treatment.
They’ve already sold their car and are in serious debt to both people and banks. They’re doing everything they can, but they need help.
Kamilla is a kind, humble woman who has never asked for anything. But now, we’re asking for her. Any donation, big or small, would mean the world to her and her family.
