Hi everyone, my name is Keilani!
I’m a wife, mother of four beautiful children, a believer in Jesus Christ, an educator, and an entrepreneur. For over 10 years, I’ve dedicated my life to serving in underserved communities — teaching in both urban and rural schools and empowering young minds. Pouring into the lives of students with love, purpose, and passion.
Today, I’m reaching out with humility and faith, asking for your help.
I need a critical surgery (fimbrioplasty) that will allow me to show up fully for my family and continue walking in the purpose God has called me to. I’ve been privately battling this condition for the past 12 years, managing it through prayer, a positive outlook, and regular medical care. But over the last eight months, my health has declined sharply, taking a turn for the worse. Stroke-like symptoms, excruciating pain, migraines, dizziness, fainting, and heart palpitations have landed me in the ER several times. A laparoscopic procedure identified the problem, and now I urgently need corrective surgery to restore my health and quality of life.
Here’s the challenge: the only surgeon capable of performing this specialized procedure is out-of-network, and my insurance will not cover it. Without payment, the surgery cannot be scheduled. I’ve been unable to work after being put on medical leave, unable to work full-time for the past 4 months due to ongoing medical issues worsening condition, which has made it incredibly hard to cover not only medical expenses of this magnitude but basic household needs.
But there is hope…
Among women who undergo surgery to reverse Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome (PTLS), over 90% report significant symptom improvement or complete resolution. This surgery could quite literally give me my life back — to be present for my husband and my children . I want to be healthy, strong, and able to continue serving my family and the mission God has called me to fulfill. My goal is to have the surgery this July or August, and your support could make that possible.
If you feel led to support me financially, I would be deeply grateful. No gift is too small. And if you’re unable to give, I simply ask for your prayers — please stand with me in faith and help by sharing this message.
Thank you so much for your time, love, and support. May God bless you for giving, sharing, and praying.
With all my heart,
Keilani Metcalf
