My stepdad is in serious condition after waking up in the middle of the night not able to breathe. He was rushed to the hospital and later airlifted to Appleton for a tracheostomy procedure. Unfortunately, he does not have insurance, and with my mother battling MS, things are going to be tough for some time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
