Help Overcome Health and Financial Struggles

Hello friends. I am currently working my way through one health crisis at a time. It initially started with me going on FMLA short-term disability through work for my mental health. While taking care of my mental health, I am also addressing a lot of other issues that I have health-wise. They found a lump of hemangiomas on my spine. They are causing severe pain and pressure, which will have to be addressed with possible back surgery so I can avoid long-term damage and keep the use of my legs. But we checked, it’s not cancer.

As well as some complications with my heart from the lupus, which is hopefully just going to be a change in medication. While I am still waiting for FMLA to approve my short-term disability, I have not been paid this month since May 5th, where I got a partial paycheck. I have had friends step in and graciously donate money that got me through last month. I have been able to cover most doctor visits, out-of-pocket fees, and groceries, but will need help just a little bit longer. My immediate need is rent, which is $1450, the car payment of $350, car insurance $300, cellphone $200, some meds cost about $250, doctor visits total so far just $150. Fees for scans and trays, I’ve paid out over $500. Groceries, internet, JEA. You get it. Anything helps. I appreciate you all so much.

Also, random check-ins and drop-bys to watch a movie or talk are super helpful too. Thank you all so much for taking the time to read this. I hate being in this position, but it is what it is.

The 5k is what my paychecks generally are. Please feel free to share. You can Zelle me directly or CashApp me. I’m just trying to stay afloat while juggling my ridiculous life.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
