Hi! This is Remi Grace. Some of you may know her as Remi Bug, some of you only know her as Ally & Austyn’s daughter. We are currently trying to get the expenses to get a biopsy done for Remi Grace as she is showing signs of Hirschsprung’s Disease, which her brother Maverick was born with and diagnosed with.
Insurance doesn’t want to approve the procedure for the biopsy because the “evidence isn’t conclusive enough.”
Which is actually so wild to me.
Remi struggles to poop. Anytime she poops, she has to put her knees to her belly and strain so hard she screams.
I have taken her in multiple times for black tarry poop, seepage pooping, and severe constipation. Every time, we are left and told to use suppositories & Miralax to help her pass stool. The suppositories never help, and Miralax, in my opinion, is just as bad as castor oil, so I refuse to use it. As a mother, I just want to give my little one a break from constantly being in pain when she stools.
