Helping a Young Mom Through Loss and New Life

Today, I’m reaching out on behalf of a client of mine who is navigating an unimaginable amount of grief during what should be a season of hope.
Recently, my dear client, who is still so young, suddenly lost her mother. To make this heavy time even more overwhelming, her family is facing the daunting financial burden of funeral and memorial expenses that they simply cannot afford right now.
On top of navigating this devastating loss, she also recently found out a couple of months ago that she is going to be a mom. She is preparing to bring new life into the world while having to say the hardest goodbye to her own mother. No one—especially someone so young—should have to carry a heartbreak and a transition this big all at once, let alone worry about how to afford to give her mother the dignity of a proper farewell.
I am creating this fundraiser as a surprise for her. My goal is to raise as much support as possible so that at her next appointment, I can hand her these funds to relieve some of this incredible stress. Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping her and her family cover her mother’s funeral costs, with any remaining funds going toward supporting her as she prepares for the arrival of her baby.
