At just 2 years old, Hunter was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. Since then, his journey has been marked by unimaginable challenges and incredible courage.
He’s undergone 17 surgeries — including 13 brain surgeries and multiple procedures on his heart and kidneys. He’s also faced a stroke, chemotherapy, and proton radiation. Despite losing most of his vision, Hunter lives with joy and determination, thriving in school with the help of an aide.
For the past three years, his tumor remained stable — until a recent regrowth required a 13-hour brain surgery. The procedure left him partially paralyzed. Doctors believe with intensive therapy, he can make a full recovery in 6–8 months.
Because of his visual impairment, regaining physical ability is essential. But insurance only covers 20 hours of therapy per year — far less than the 280+ hours recommended. The cost will be $40,000 out of pocket.
We’re raising funds to help cover this life-changing rehabilitation. Every dollar goes directly to Hunter’s care and recovery.
Thank you for supporting Hunter and his family with your prayers, love, and generosity.
