I’m struggling with mental issues I have kidney disease diabetes high blood pressure and large prostate most of the time I think about dying or even doing something to myself I’m having a real hard time making ends meet I’m on a very low income and I don’t know what else to do these health issues are really getting to me and I just need help I’m 67 years old with no family no friends so please help I’m crying out for help
