Hello I’m Terisa Sharp, my son Devon’s girlfriend Mackenzi Brewer had a life changing car accident on April 10th of this year. She was ejected from the car & broke several bones. She was in the ICU at ascension hospital on 86th St in Indianapolis for a week then was moved to the neurological unit for a cpl weeks more. While in the ICU she had 2 strokes due to brain swelling. My son Devon & Mackenzi have a 6 year old daughter together. After almost a month in the hospital she was then moved to a rehab facility. Mackenzi was released & is currently in Peru with her Mother Amy Although kenzi had insurance thru her work, it doesn’t pay for all the trips to Indianapolis for physical, occupational & speech therapy. Kenzi’s father & bonus Mom are hosting a benefit in Peru on September 20th. They are trying to raise money to help with medical expenses.
