On Thursday, June 12th, my brother was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident that nearly took his life. He’s suffering a broken foot, shattered right thumb, 5 dislocated metacarpals (right hand), multiple lacerations, torn MCL, torn right hip ligament, fractured fingers (left hand), and he’s now facing a long, painful road to recovery.
The truth is, surviving was only the first step. Now come the surgeries, the physical therapy, the hospital stays, the medications — and all the costs that come with trying to rebuild a life after something like this.
My family is doing everything we can, but we can’t do it alone. We’re asking for help — any amount, no matter how small — to support his recovery, cover medical bills, and give him a fighting chance to walk, work, and live independently again.
