Hi, my name is Victoria, and I am fundraising to help pay for my sister’s medical bill who is based in Philippines.
She was rushed to the community hospital 1 week ago due to difficulty breathing, but they can’t help her out there due to lack of facilities and equipment’s, and recommend for her to be transferred to the bigger public hospitals (provincial), but there’s no room available to take her in.
So due to the emergency of her medical condition, there’s no choice but to take her into the private hospital. She was taken to ICU with a charged of $1, 000/day aside from the Dr.’s fee (she was seen by 3 specialist, Hematologist, Cardiologist, and Immunologist), payment for all the test and exams done, the machines used, the medications plus miscellaneous and stayed there for almost a week and then got transferred to recovery room. Thank God, the doctors said she is now okay to be released. Bills though needs to be settled before she can leave the hospital.
I want to help her out, but I can’t provide all that she needed for this. My family’s income is just enough to meet our needs.
She sacrificed a lot for me when I was still young, she, being the eldest among us.
The funds will be used to pay her hospital, medical bills and for medicines that she needs to continue to take.
