Phyllis’s Cancer Battle: Car Repairs for Vital Trips

I organised this fundraiser for my dad – here is his message to you:

In March, our world was turned upside down when my wife, Phyllis, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to her brain and heart. It’s been a difficult road-she now has a feeding tube and a tracheotomy- but she’s still fighting, still hopeful, and dreaming of one more trip to the beach, a place she’s always loved.

If you know Phyllis, you know she has always had a soft spot for animals and that our home has always been a safe haven for rescues and furry kids. Now after giving so much, she’s the one who needs a little help.

Our car is in bad shape, and I could use a little help to get it repaired. I just want to take her to the beach while she still can, and make sure she can get to her medical appointments reliably and safely.
